4 weeks agoA seafood restaurant that prepares dishes in an Asian style loved by many Vietnamese diners. The space is spacious enough for groups, the food comes out quickly, the staff is attentive, and the prices are reasonable.

a month agoJust tried Ocean Crawfish Seafood & Grill and man… this spot is straight up Flavortown in the hood 😂🔥 I went all in:– 2 lbs of garlic butter crawfish (juicy, messy in the best way, packed with flavor)– Fried squid (crispy and not rubbery 👌)– Coconut snail (lowkey surprised me, sweet + savory combo hits)– Mussels with onions (super fresh, soaked up all that sauce)– Surf clams with onions (tender and flavorful, no chewiness) Forgot to mention got some raw oysters, I didn’t put the extra ish they gave me just put lemon and salt and pepper, always hits for me eating raw oysters. Everything came out hot, seasoned right, and you can tell they don’t hold back on the sauce. It’s one of those spots where you gotta get your hands dirty and don’t care how you look eating 😂 If you’re craving seafood with real flavor and not that watered-down stuff, this place delivers. Definitely coming back.

3 months agoGet’s packed really fast! No reservations here. We arrived around 5:30PM to get a table for a table of 8. Within 45 mins, the restaurant was packed! 12 LBS of crawfishhhh, 2LBS of shrimp, razor clams, coconut snails and fried chicken feet are a MUST. Wear stretchy pants.

3 months agoI visited Ocean Crawfish on Beechnut twice within two days in January because I really wanted to give them a fair try. The crawfish were definitely live and fresh, which I appreciated. You can tell they take pride in having good quality seafood. The first time, I ordered the Medium Spice Ocean Signature. When I received my order, I noticed the receipt said mild, so I let them know it was supposed to be medium. A lady kindly took them to the back and said she was adding more spice. However, when I started eating them, they still didn’t taste medium spiced. The second visit, I asked for spicy, thinking maybe I just needed to go up a level. Unfortunately, they still weren’t spicy at all—honestly not even medium. The flavor was there, but the heat level just didn’t match what I requested either time. Overall, the crawfish were fresh, which is a big plus. I may just need to speak with someone directly next time to make sure my spice level is right because I really want that true medium or spicy kick.

6 months agoOcean Crawfish Seafood & Grill is one of the best spots in town if you’re craving seafood and snails. The flavors were on point — the oysters were fresh, the snails were really tasty, and the crawfish was cooked perfectly. They’ve got a nice variety of dishes, so there’s always something to try. Overall, great food, good vibes, and definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid seafood meal. Strongly recommend!

8 months agoFirst time here with another couple! We drove by all the time but never went in. It was a Tuesday evening around 8 or 8:30 pm and it was pretty packed. Our friends ordered snails and other sea creatures for dinner. This is my first time eating this type of snails. It was not bad at all! The sauce really helped with the taste. I enjoyed the flavor. I also ordered my favorite flat rice noodle with beef. Can't go wrong with that. It was delicious! The atmosphere was good inside. People everywhere and the bus boys were working hard. a year agoWe absolutely love this Vietnamese seafood place. Visited a couple months ago and all the dishes were so good! It was a bit early for the crawfish season but they were available, the crawfishes were a bit smaller but very fresh and really well seasoned. Also the razor clams and oysters were grilled to perfection and full of flavors. The fried rice was so yummy that we just couldn’t stop eating it. Will for sure come back next time in town!
