Great food good price for what you get. For sure stop in..
Ordered a to-go order for my son ( two Italian beef, fried pickles, and parm fries) and was told it would be 30-35 minutes. No big deal. We get there on time.. but he didn't actually get his food for an hour and ten minutes. I can understand if you are busy being 5-10 minutes longer. Not double. Absolutely unacceptable. They gave him a $25 gift card for the trouble. Still not acceptable. The order should have been refunded, that is a ridiculous wait time.
We ordered a pizza on the way from Chicago to Galena for pickup. The pizza was near perfection for tavern style. Cracker thin crust, nice sauce and quality sausage and pepperoni. We’ll definitely be back. Staff were very friendly when we stopped to pickup the pizza.
