2 years agoFood quality isn’t what it used to be. The portions are smaller and the price has increased. The service could be better as well. This recent time I went I felt like I got scammed. I recently went with my family of 4 and our bill came up to $72. Our total plus taxes should have been around $60 no tip included, however the guy behind the register took it upon himself to add 18% tip to the total without telling me. He still had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip afterwards but I declined since I had already given cash to the waitress. I didn’t go over my total until I got to my car to do the math. There were people behind me and I didn’t want to make a scene. The waitress to start off, messed up the order, forgot some food, and only came to check on us once. She didn’t deserve the 18% tip plus the cash I gave her. I also feel that they should be honest about their tips beforehand. Apparently they also add tips when you place an order by phone too. Oh and if you use your credit/debit card it’s a 3% charge. I’m disappointed to say I wont be going back after going there for so many years.

2 years agoAverage tasting pupusas. Not great but not terrible either. Location doesn't have very good parking. The inside is not terribly dirty but it is a bit messy and could use a bit of updating. The service staff weren't rude but definitely not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the food is okay for what you pay for but it isn't anything to write home about.
