Ordered food here through delivery. I got the Pad Thai and Hot & Sour soup. My friend ordered Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoon. My Pad Thai tasted more like Bangkok noodles and was extremely oily. Probably the worst Pad Thai I have ever had, and I really am not picky about that stuff. My Hot & Sour soup was mediocre. They did not change the overall level of spiciness that I requested so that was a bummer. The Crab Rangoon was old and super oily as well. As for the Orange Chicken, that ended up being okay. Very disappointed with my meal. Will not be ordering from this place again.
Unfortunately customer service is not a priority. I simply asked for extra hot oil ( hot sauce) over the phone, and made it clear that I would have no problem paying for it. Upon arriving and checking our order I noticed two small containers of hot oil, we had ordered 4- menu items, I asked for more and again let them know I expected to be charged for it, no matter the cost, she got very unpleasant but provided us with two more containers, we've ordered the same items in the past and We will use 5-6 hot oils. I asked for 1 more and was told NO, I then told her I'd give her $5 for it, her response was No, that's all you get. Unfortunately I had already paid and she just walked away. My wife and I don't often get an opportunity to get Chinese food and we found it discouraging they wouldn't provide us with the condiments we desired. I'm not a confrontational person, although this bad experience definitely got under my skin. Maybe times are changing, making it acceptable to treat customers this way.
We got take out for the second time and were pleased to see that the restaurant has been completely remodeled inside. It's very modern and clean. The next time I go I might just dine in! The chicken Lo Mein was good, tender chicken and tasty seasoning. The orange chicken and sesame chicken was good - maybe a bit too much breading though.
