Hands down, the best blackened catfish I've ever had! Great service and still has that small homely feel to it, which there's not many of those left in Midland. We didn't know this when we went here, but the owner is a former neighbor of ours. Christie was walking around the dining room insuring all the customers were satisfied. You'll definitely have a feel for the pride she runs this place with!
