Everything with my surgery went fine, however, 6 months later I received a letter from a collection agency stating that my account has been listed with their office for debt collection. All of my insurance and payment information was given at the time of my surgery, and I have not received any mail correspondence, phone calls, or emails from Outpatient Anestesia Specialists regarding any unpaid balance. I have left 3 voicemails with them thus far and have not received a single call back. I don't like receiving letters from debt collectors, and I like even less dealing with a company with zero customer service. Will be avoiding at all costs in the future, and cautioning my primary care physician to do the same.
