Awesome service!! A big thank you to Scott for going above and beyond with helping me with my issue. It was minor, but if it wasn't for Scott I would be dead in the water. Highly recommend Scott for any computer issue. Knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.
I was on vacation but needed to work a little bit from my laptop. Of course, that was the week that my computer decided to act up. I called Scott, who happened to be leaving his office for a couple hours, but he told me that he'd personally come get my computer, instead of me having to wait a couple hours until he retuned the the office. He was clear with his timeline, communicated and updated throughout the process and was fair with his pricing. Great experience all around! Thanks Scott!
My computer wouldn’t start (black screen), so I took it to Scott. He looked it over and explained that it really wasn’t off but slow. The problem was I wasn’t turning it off properly. He showed me what I was doing wrong, and wouldn’t take any money. Honest, classy guy.
