We had such a great experience at Pala Doner & Kebab tonight. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. We ordered the mixed grill platter and everything was cooked perfectly, the meats were juicy, tender, and well seasoned, with generous portions that were perfect for sharing. The rice, fresh bread, soup, and salad were all amazing and tasted fresh and authentic. We also tried the Turkish mango pineapple mineral drink which was a fun and refreshing touch! The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a nice family-friendly atmosphere. Service was friendly and the food came out fresh and hot. You can tell they care about quality and portions here. Definitely one of the best Turkish spots we’ve tried in the area and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Turkish kebabs and grilled meats! 👏🔥🥙
Absolutely blown away by this Turkish restaurant. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The food? Outrageously good. Every dish was full of rich, authentic flavour and clearly made with care. The ambience tied it all together beautifully, with lovely Turkish music playing in the background that made the whole experience feel special. Can’t wait to go back.
My husband and I are always looking for those special places to eat or go for coffee. We found a new place that had just opened. A Friday date night spot… and it didn’t take long to lock it in. Pala Doner & Kebab in Alliston, ON. We’re unapologetic carnivores, so when that mixed grill platter hit the table; loaded with perfectly grilled beef, chicken, and shawarma… we knew. Wholly 😮 This wasn’t just dinner… this was a commitment... and the prices... extremely reasonable. No shortcuts. No sad portions. Just real food, done right. And then came the Turkish coffee ☕ Tiny cups. Big personality. Each cup different; pink, teal, rose gold; like someone actually cared. But what really made the night? The service. Warm, welcoming, genuinely Turkish hospitality, and our incredible, attentive waitress who took the time to explain the whole Turkish coffee ritual to us. Because here’s the twist… You flip the cup upside down onto the saucer, let it sit for 3-5 minutes… turn the cup back over and your fortune reveals itself. And yes… there are apps for reading the cup and saucer: Faladdin, Coffee Fortune Teller, even ChatGPT or Claude can read your fortune... oddly enough… they’re pretty accurate. Great fun and entertainment. Honestly we can’t believe this place isn’t packed every night. Cozy. Clean. Well laid out. Great atmosphere. The kind of spot that earns a slow, relaxing evening. We’ll be back... That says everything.
