This is our go-to for birthdays and anniversaries. Well, yesterday we decided to try a different place. Huge mistake. Sage & Barrel off of Power was good but the prices were too high. $40 just on an appetizer, 5 pops (I'm from Pittsburgh, it's pop, not soda) and 2 extra 1 ounce ranch dressing cups. My quarter head of lettuce (iceberg wedge salad) was $14...you want to charge me for 2 extra ranch? Crazy. Oh, and it was my wife's birthday. No free dessert? Maybe I sound entitled but guess who does give you a free butter cake for your birthday, S&B?! Palma Kitchen+Tap does, that's who!!! Anyways, I hope you can forgive us PK+T! We'll be back this week to get some delicious food and my wife can get her butter cake. You guys are amazing!
This will be one of my go-to spots when looking for a good meal that's not a chain. The service was excellent and seating outside with the view wonderful. And yes the food and drinks were spot on.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! In the winter time the best place to sit is outside, in the summer…INSIDE! No matter where you sit the food is wonderful and the service is superb. This is our second time coming here and we enjoyed both times. They have a great happy hour from 3-6 pm with $5.50 well drinks. They have rotating appetizers that are discounted by a few dollars. The regular menu items are delicious. My wife and kids love the prime rib sandwich. The Brussels sprouts are honestly some of the best I’ve had. We will continue to come here.
