9 months agoTerrible customer service from the get go. Called 9:45pm to find out if we could’ve placed an order, young lady answered and said no orders. We asked if we could walk in, she said within 5 mins, I said ok we will be there by then We got there 9:50pm, they were closing at 10pm but there were several customers in store. Immediately upon walking up, the same lady rudely said “I’m not taking any orders, I just fried my last batch.” It was a waste of time and they will likely never get me or my friends’ money again. Work on your customer service

Edited 3 weeks agoAn excellent product, a well seasoned fried chicken, it's possible the attending staff get a bit frustrated and overwhelmed at times, so the responses to customers come across, snappy, but other than that, great service. 👍🏽. They got additional staff, so things are better. May 2026.

2 years agoI had heard about this place for some time and I finally decided to try it. It did not disappoint. The wings were thoroughly cooked but not hard and the fries were hot and fried just right. The portion size is value for your money. The second time I visited, I tried the pine and ginger sauce which was lovely. You can taste the ginger without it being overpowering. I can't wait to try the sorrel and tamarind sauces.

2 years agoThough it's a tiny place on a corner, do not be fooled by the simplicity of the spot. The taste of this food is wildly good. Flavours that confuse you because it taste so good. It's affordable and the portions are large. It took me two days to eat everything. I absolutely enjoyed this recommendation

Edited 10 months agoI order the everything burger. The burger was filled with mushrooms, pepper, pineapple, an egg, juicy burger patty and so much more. The price was also very affordable for feeding my family of four. The atmosphere was clean and very open you could see the staff preparing fresh vegetable for our order. You can also order ahead and pick up. The staff was excellent! This is one of the first spot I will stop again when I visit agin. We still love wi Panda House

3 years agoFirst visit to the Ariapita Ave branch and I frequently patronise the Mausica branch and the food consistency is of high quality, high standards and quantity are maintained. The very friendly staff and magnificent service was 2nd to none and making sure that we were not in need of anything. Definitely would be continually patronising Panda House

6 years agoCustomer service was great🤗. The food was amazing🤤. Meats and patties well seasoned🤤. The home made juice omg *Lit* especially the orange/pineapple🤤. Location Easy to find🤳. Must check out the Panda house👌
