See All ReviewsWonderful little old style, small town grill. French fries were great, not at all soggy, the staff were super nice, and the prices were much better than most places I have been lately. It seems the most places have terrible food and are overpriced at the same time. Pano's is good food, friendly people, and a great price
First time I went I was treated like family! Tasty food in a comfortable and welcoming environment. People, both customers and employees were kind folks. Most customers are regulars that keep coming back. A great local small business!
Became regulars at this establishment for months now for the reasonably priced food. The experience we had the morning was Terrible. I order my breakfast food that is supposed to come with grits. After ordering I am informed they have no more grits. I asked if I could replace my grits with the side of extra hasbrowns I ordered. I was told no because they do not substitute “after a certain time”. Makes absolutely no sense. I have to pay full price for a meal that is missing half of what is supposed to come with it AND the extra side price? When we asked the owner why that was, she became very rude and aggressive because we told her we no longer wanted our order of food and to cancel it. She argued with us and finally agreed to take off the price of the extra hasbrowns. Even after agreeing, she mocked us and told us “too bad”. It is sad how this establishment treats regulars who tip their workers VERY well. You can tell the waitress was scared of her own boss!!!! Sad. Edit to owner response: You are incorrect. We canceled the order before the food was placed on our table. While canceling the order is when I proceeded to ask the waitress if I could substitute for hash browns. I don’t know if that was taken as “proceed with the order” but that was your mistake. We even stated that when the food hit the table which caused tensions to rise and cause aggression towards us. You made us and everyone around us uncomfortable. If you could not make more grits, why did the elderly couple right before us receive grits? The response is even more reason not to respond. Just because you are a “small business” doesn’t mean you not mean you are automatically victim!!!
