I really enjoy the pizza here, however they do not properly staff and leave teenagers unattended with no serve safe manager in the building (huge no). I repeated to the girl multiple times I have a tomato allergy not just i don't like them uncooked thing, I will end up in the hospital issue. She kept telling me it didn't come with tomatoes (menu clearly states it does) wait for almost an hour food comes out and pizza is covered in raw tomatoes. I politely tell her I cannot eat that I could die, I told you multiple times no tomatoes. She said we can just take them off for you. I said no you can't as everything else is now contaminated by them. She takes the pizza back to the kitchen and comes back a couple minutes later saying they happened to have another one that just came out and they didn't put tomatoes on this one. I politely told her no thank you as at this point I didn't trust they hadn't just taken the tomatoes off. I ended up switching to a different item on the menu that they tried to charge me for, but was cheaper. I called to speak to a manager yesterday about the situation and they did not rectify the issue at all just said oh we'll speak to them. They should've thrown it away. As good as the becky bread was, my life just isn't worth risking and unless they really revamp and start following state health board regulations I do not plan on going back sadly. (I am a restaurant general manager for background context on how I know things are not being followed correctly and I have had my servesafe for over a decade)
great food!! love coming on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 11:00-1:00 for the buffet.
Wings burnt. A best customer. 10 wings every single wing is burnt. Ordered them many times. Never so disgusting. I called and girl said order BBQ after cooking wings!! No issues in the past. Our 10” pizza was raw too. Worst money ever spent from a best customer. UPDATE: we were comped our wings and Becky pizza tonight (1/11)! They were AWESOME as usual! Thank you for taking such good care of us! Very very good! Thank you!
