5 Stars for all but the atmosphere. We were in for lunch on a weekday and it was a little dead inside as far as the interior looks. Also need more decor to brighten it up. Food was top notch. Service excellent. Establishment was clean. Bar needs a little "atmosphere" work, but they have only been open a month or 2 so requires a bit of time. Menu was good and expansive. Not enough to overwhelm you, but enough to make sure every one in your party has options. Once they get a bar up and running and it isn't so cold of an atmosphere, I think people will come in. Not everyone wants to drive to Denton to grab a bite of good food. Lots of us want to see Sanger succeed with something other than a chain or Babe's. This is a great alternative and good food. Don't skip this one. You will wish you hadn't!
Went last night with my wife just to see and was pleasantly surprised. Food was good, portions were generous and price was respectable. Only downsides for me was the interior hadn't been fully converted so it still had some "1886" stuff on the wall, and the drink were made of Sanger water. Some like it, I do not. Overall would recommend.
