I've been here for about 4 years now. There's more one bedrooms than there are two bedrooms. We have a superintendent who sometimes needs to be reminded to fix things but he does manage more than one property so unless it's an emergency let him know when things need to be worked on in advance. There are a lot of kids and multiple bilingual families here so if you don't have children or you are not a family person I would not suggest you move here. Also if you don't like a mixed crowd I wouldn't suggest you move here. They say no pets allowed but almost everyone has a dog lol. This apartment complex is located right across the street from Middlesex high School, it's down the street from a supermarket and fresh fruits and vegetables market as well as Dollar store, halal spot, post office, wendy's, 7-Eleven the list goes on. The park across the street is ginormous with a basketball court, horseshoes fenced game area, baseball diamond, gazebo and grills, swimming pool for the community, soccer field, football field, track and two different playground sites. The park also holds carnivals every year, prior to covid as well as family day activities. You would have to check the town's website for more info. There are washer and dryer units that you have to pay for via laundry card. I personally don't like the way that they are kept so I don't use them. Lastly parking is free. I hope this was helpful information.
Particularly nice garden units and affordable for all. And there are Indopak grocery, Desi and Sweet shops quite very local to you.
The Super is the BEST!
Nice park. Must visit for near by residents.
I like the rooms
