Run of the mill burger joint. The employee didnt listen to any special request and they pass off diet coke as coke zero. Fries are pretty good, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The burgers are basic. Small town restaurant.
I'd seen a guy on YouTube going through Gatesville and he stopped at Park street Burger's, He got the double meat with grilled onions, jalapeños and two kinds of cheese with bacon, now his burger was massive, juicy and had a grilled bun. I had a friend pick up two of these burgers for me yesterday, to say the least I was VERY disappointed, I got the double meat that was not juicy, Very little veggies and they forgot the cheese. I guess the one I'd seen on TV was just a hype for the viewers. Sorry PSB's, from seeing the YouTube Burger and getting a burger myself, I was hoping you were my go to but that was shot down.
I saw Park Street Burgers featured on Daytrippers and knew I had to check it out — and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The burgers are juicy, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. You can tell they’re well seasoned all the way through, not just thrown on the grill and forgotten. Every bite is messy in the best way, with that classic, satisfying burger taste done right. And the fries? Perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just enough to keep you reaching back into the basket. If you’re a burger person and you saw it on Daytrippers like I did, this spot is definitely worth the stop.
