a year agoIf I was able to give them 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. I went in and bought a pack of cigarettes and the guy at the counter didn't give them to me and I didn't realize until I left. I went back and asked him about it and he proceeded to charge me for another one. When I asked him to check the camera he would not. The gentleman in line behind me even told him to check the camera and he acted like he didn't know what was going on. He was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning and I will make sure that my family and friends will also not be returning. Terrible way to run a business.

3 years agoI went to this gas station and got $20 worth of gas which did not ever print out my receipt. On my credit card report, they took $50 and had my report showing as if I got the gas from BP off of Armory Dr. You can not call the store because answering is full and they wont answer. I met 3 people who had the same issue with that location. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD ACT AT THIS STORE!!!!

7 years agoWent up there last night, got to the door 9 minutes before close and was denied entry, when i asked why they said "we're closed". Showed them the time, 9:51pm and said "you don't close till 10" and the entire response i got was "yeah". Tried to call this morning to talk to a manager or the owner and no one answered. Oh well, looks like i'll be taking the extra time to go to 7-Eleven from now on.

8 years agoThis gas station practically stole $10 because your cashier failed basic arithmetic on pump 2 at approximately 2:30 pm today . You were given two 10s, one $5, and seven 1s. That is $32, so when the pump stops at $22, we expect you to return $10. Rude, bad customer service, and you couldn't take time today count your register because you're the only one in the store. I need you to tell Pops to run back our $10. Do some better staffing so your customer service issues can be handled on spot and pay your staff a more prominent wage, and stop pocketing money. Fraudulent Franklin..... 1st time patronizing and the last. You can come run my $10 back to Norfolk!!!!

10 years agoMy family went there today..We order chicken,they put it in a carryout box...And then they preceded to put it in a bag...without wrapping the food food up first...how nasty is that????*first and last visit!!!
