Cute little home town bar around d Springfeild. Great service and lots of tvs for the games. I heard the cheese curds are good there, will try next time.
Food is typical bar food, the staff were a little standoffish but it is a cool building.
Attempted to come in for dinner on a Saturday evening. Parking lot was full to the point we got the last remaining space. Made our way inside to find a packed house. Didn't appear to be any empty tables. Everyone standing around practically shoulder to shoulder drinking. Took about 5 seconds to realize this isn't really an atmosphere for enjoying a dinner & out the door we went. Maybe we'll try a different time & day of the week bc at 7pm on a Saturday you'd think this is the only place that serves alcohol in Menard County.
