3 months agoBreakfast was very good, and very,very fast.Wife said omelet was good, I had eggs om hash browns and biscuit. Biscuit was very good fried on the grill. Hash browns were done perfectly. Will go again, and have to check out their lunch.

4 months agoStopped in for breakfast and WOW!!! My favorite breakfast I’ve had in Fayetteville. Very clean, friendly staff, and delicious food. They fry the biscuits on the griddle before serving! Highly recommended!!

a year agoThe place looks plain on the outside. Even a little uninviting. Maybe because of the high crime rate in Fayetteville. We’re not from the area but we see many news stories of shootings in Fayetteville. The walls and half walls up the windows are covered in corrugated galvanized steel. It’s installed well and looks cool. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. One concern was a staff member washing cups, utensils and dishes by hand in a sink. No really hot sterilizing dishwasher. We had scrambled eggs bacon, biscuit and country fried steak eggs, hash browns and pancake. Scrambled eggs weren’t mixed so they were all yellow. Just kinda scrambled on the grill while cooking. Leaving them lumps of white and yellow. Bacon and hash browns were a bit undercooked for me. I like it crispy. I suppose I should have asked them to make it that way. Country fried steak okay but had to much pepper in the gravy even for my wife and she likes spicy food. She didn’t finish it. Biscuits were not fluffy. Just tasted like a mouthful of lard like most restaurants in NC. I only took one bite. Pancake was good. And servers were friendly. The place flooded with city employees at lunch time. We counted 7 city vehicles in the parking lot on the way out. We are NOT native North Carolinians. So if you grew up eating your food this way you will probably like it.

3 years agoGood place. Fast, friendly service with good food. I got a breakfast platter (2 eggs over easy, hash browns, a sausage patty and toast), a biscuit and gravy and a coffee and spent $10. I should have gotten a pancake. Those things look huge. I’m glad I stopped in and I plan on coming back to try lunch sometime.

3 years agoMy buddy took me here. What a little gem. Cooked to order real sweat tea. Southern style. I had Philly steak with fries. Breakfast and lunch all the time. Great little place and they have 3 places, fay, hope hills, parkton.

Edited 4 years agoRecently redone interior with a very clean look. Open friendly employees and manager. Nice menu. I had the breakfast steak with eggs and hashbrowns. The steak was wonderful, juicy and cooked perfectly to order. We had a party of 8 and no problems at all. Everyone left full, happy and planning our next visit. Just went back on 04/05/2022 and it just keeps getting better. Went back June 16th. Still a great staff and great food!
