See All ReviewsVery disappointing. Waited 15 mins to order. Then over an hour later no food. Never was notified that it is common for them to take 2 hours. Absurd. Cook to order does not take that long to make these dishes. Feels like their prioritize to go orders over dine in. Should just be a to go place. At minimum, post a big sign at the door stating 2 hour wait for food.
I ordered a chicken pad Thai the price was on the higher end 17$ but regardless it’s my first time I said let me give it a try so I did ordered take out before paying I seen the paper bag they put it in I said is that my food ? Since the bag was so small, the lady said “yea” I said okay maybe the food is really good or whatever. I get thru the bag to the food and the portion size is atrocious it’s for a toddler regardless I tried it . The noodles were very overcooked texture was like I was having mashed potatoes and I’ve never seen mushrooms in a pad Thai neither did it taste authentic it was very dry and almost no flavor . I won’t be coming back . The place across town Peter chai Thai place has it nailed down on taste and portion sizes I recommend going there if you want your moneys worth.
Saginaw is lucky as hell to have Pasong's in our community. The food is amazing the people are amazing. I recommend the eggs rolls when you're having a bad day. They make it better. The orange chicken is outta this world and the thai tea is joy in liquid form. I have a pal who lives in Asheville and she wants this every time she visits.
