Longview did really need a place like this! Atmosphere: Very cool setup outside. Loved that they had games. Loved the vibe, until the live music came on 😅 seemed like a cool guy but his music made me sleepy and definitely brought the energy down! Drinks: I saw the Paloma advertised on their FB page so I thought I'd try it because it looked good. Not the case :( tasted like a watered down Ranch Water. My husband's spicy margarita was pretty good though! Food: the Grilled Mahi Mahi was DELICIOUUUUS and the chips and salsa were good. We also ordered the street corn. Good flavor, too much salt! All and all, good but a little pricey at $5.50 PER taco 😬 Service: Our waitress was sweet and attentive :) Overall, 4/5 stars and I would come back!
Thought I would give the new place a try…. bad idea. Starting off no one was at the front door to greet us, we had to walk around back before we even saw anybody. Second problem being when we finally did get a table our server walked by us five times before she even came to talk to us and when she did she seemed frustrated that she had to take care of us. Then our server Chris disappeared for a while. Drinks took so long our appetizer guac came out before we even had drinks. Guac is just unseasoned avocado for 10 dollars don’t waste your time only good thing was the weather. I would rather go to taco bell than spend 40 dollars on this food and service
LONGVIEW HAS NEEDED SOMETHING LIKE THIS! We went in the afternoon and it was super pleasant…lots of shade under the trees + umbrellas! It gives Austin vibes. The tacos were DELICIOUS! They’re bigger than street tacos, so 2 was plenty + chips and salsa. We tried the steak and pork with flour tortillas! We will definitely be coming back. The server checked on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of which we really appreciated! They were setting up for live music that evening. This is a family-friendly environment (they had a few yard games) and just felt very relaxing and peaceful—good for the soul and much needed! I definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!
