Ordered a chicken bacon ranch large pizza & a $6.75 five piece motz stick got home and my dismay NO MARIANI SAUCE! WAS WAS PISSED, I CALLED N there excuse was the person taking the order didn't ask or include it in my order, so I ask then to adjust my credit card amount, they claim they can't do that, bs. I said what ever I go to Antonio's in Goldsboro next time, I won't be back! Shifty way to treat a long time customer, all because you hire kids who can't take an order properly, but then to not immediately make it right by adjusting the card is even worse ! Apparently customer loyalty doesn't mean anything to restaurants anymore! While the food is delicious the management doesn't care obviously!
They have the best pizzas in the area, hands down. I've never tried anything else on their menu, because I always get the pizza. I moved about an hour away, jt whenever I'm in the area abs want pizza, it has to be from Patriot. Plus, it comes with garlic butter dipping sauce! They are always super friendly. They do get very busy at times, but they've always been quick.
We ate at Patriot Pizza &Subs for the first time tonight because it got good reviews. We dined in, and the staff were really nice, but most people were doing takeout. The food was delicious and looked great! Stromboli was loaded up inside and topped with Parmesan and seasoning, and the bread itself was fantastic. Would definitely go again while in the area.
