Paulita’s is hands down one of my favorite places to eat in Laredo! Every time we visit, breakfast here is a must. You can truly taste the difference in the quality of the food—everything feels homemade, right down to the lemonade. I’m from Houston, and honestly, I wish they would open a location closer to us because I would be there all the time! Their barbacoa is absolutely incredible—tender, flavorful, and some of the best I've ever had. And the beans? They are my absolute favorite. I could make a meal out of them alone! Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're in Laredo and looking for an authentic, delicious breakfast, Paulita’s is a must-visit. We look forward to coming back every chance we get! ❤️🌮☕️🥤
Food is unflavored, service is poor cashier always is on the phone and look angry tables are sticky old bathrooms
