Just left our first experience at Paws Applause. 10 out of 10 cannot recommend enough. Our grumpy senior Pomeranian was treated with such care and we were told that they loved him. Previous groomers have complained about how difficult he can be but they had no complaints and that gave us peace of mind. Not to mention he looks incredible. He had mats and a thick undercoat and he looks like a brand new dog. Super happy with the experience and results and we will definitely be back!
Danielle the owner was always a knowledgeable and informative groomer. Until recently she has become more aggressive and always saying my dog is bad during grooming and I found out that he was Hit because of it! After another grooming I kindly questioned a small cut to his private area which was perhaps forgotten to be mentioned to me and Danielle went off on me stating its her sister who grooms him and how dare I ask such a question that I would have been told. Needless to say this was the end of it . I will not be yelled out as a customer for questioning the well being of my pup nor is it ok to hit anyone’s dog.
Paws Applause was AMAZING! ❤️ Our little boy (Shih Tzu) Toby had a GREAT first full grooming at 5 months old! Danielle & her wonderful staff treated Toby with such loving care! He looked absolutely adorable when I picked him up after 3 hrs of Puppy Spa Time 🐶❤️...As I sat in my car and watched through the window at the end, I could see them giving him tons of kisses while they finished up..🥰...That is what you want to see when you leave something so important to you in someone else's hands. I highly recommend Paws Applause...they have a Furever Friend Here in both Myself & Toby! ❤️🐶 My Grand Fur Baby "Bella" also was groomed & looked absolutely adorable!💓 Danielle & her crew do such an Amazing Job with every grooming they do! Can't recommend Paws Applause Enough!! 🐶👌❤️
