PBI has very limited options, and normally when I pass thru this place is closed. It happened to be open today and I wish it had been closed. Stood in line for a greek salad, and upon ordering I was told no and the employee walked away. Another employee told me they ran out. The initial employee could have explained this and had some customer service. If you're going to be miserable in a customer service job, then just quit. There are plenty of people that are looking for work. After reading other reviews of this place, this sounds like a pretty normal occurrence here.
I get it's airport food which is never great, but when I get a premade salad for $18, I expect the cucumbers to at least not be slimy/going bad, and the lettuce to not be a ball of green goop and wilted at the bottom where I can't see it in the container before I purchase. It was gross, and I'm not picky. I will eat whatever at the airport. But this is like...a food safety issue. Please check and throw out the bad food before the customer finds it. Thanks.
