Pearl and Fin Oyster Bar is an absolute gem! The food was out of this world—so good it made me believe calamari is an aphrodisiac! Every bite was a flavor explosion, like fireworks going off on my taste buds. And the prices? Unbelievable for the quality and experience! To top it all off, the service was impeccable. Kourtland was hands down the best—attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m already planning my next visit. We had such a great evening! Went on a little best friend date and got so much food and it was all delicious. We got the ceviche, shrimp cocktail, crab Louie, French fries, and oysters. Everything was super fresh!
I had an allergic reaction after eating the shrimp cocktail, experiencing rapid heart rate and a tingling mouth. Thankfully, I avoided anaphylaxis, but still had to go to urgent care. I've only ever had allergic reactions to really old shrimp before, never with fresh ones. When I informed the manager, he sarcastically asked why I ate 4 shrimp (as if I could control the onset of an allergic reaction), while insisting that the shrimp was fresh, and he wouldn't tell me where it came from. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
