I needed a healthy snack while I was out and called to order a side of vegetables to go and when I picked them up I was greeted with kindness. The restaurant looked very clean and pretty. It was quick & easy. I look forward to returning to try the dine in experience.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food came out hot, and full of flavor. The fajita was perfectly cooked tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The Chilaquiles dish was rich and comforting, with that perfect golden top that makes every bite satisfying. The chips and salsa were a great starter crispy, fresh, and paired with a flavorful salsa that had just the right kick. Even something as simple as the rice and sides tasted homemade and delicious. The atmosphere was clean, vibrant, and welcoming, making the whole meal even better. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. Last year my wife and came to check it out and we really didn’t like it at all the food SUCKED AND THE SERVICE but we gave it an other chance cause I was really craving some breakfast chilaquiles even tho it was 2 in the afternoon. We asked the waiter if they would still make me some and they agreed. I’m THANKFUL WE gave Pedro’s an other chance. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a solid dining experience. New year, new MENU, new management, new CHEF. Come check them out.!!!!!!
