Sorry very disappointed..bland food. The cashier did deliver our food to the table. There was no ice for the iced tea it was in a machine and not cold enough to enjoy. And I don't want to sound Petty. In the big scheme of world events , I don't put a lot of weight into the significance of a disappointing meal. But you asked my opinion, and sadly it was just really not a Pleasant experience. Generally, I am generous when rating a restaurant. If the food was great then the service can slide! But if the service isn't great and the food is not great, at today's prices and expectations I look for much better than we experienced. I am sorry to say we won't go back.
Customer service was bad. Some trouble communicating to take our order good. I do have to say the food was good though
I usually get the General Tso Chicken for lunch here; I'm usually satisfied with that. Decided to go with the Mongolian beef and unfortunately, that was a mistake. The sauce tasted good, but the meat itself was very tough and flavorless. It seems like they don't tenderize or "velvet" the meat beforehand and it results in very tough, almost leathery meat strips. I probably won't be getting that again.
