Where can you find a good quality tasty and satisfying lunch that's for less than $10 in town? Penn Halal food truck on 40th and Locust that's where! I didn't even have to ask for hot sauce because it's offered on most platters along with white sauce. (Definitely choose both. )There's plenty of seating on nearby benches and the campus grass too. If the weather is nice it's all the atmosphere you need!
