a year agoPeoples Kitchen is located in Bluntzer, TX even though it has a Robstown address. It's at the intersection of 624 (Northwest Blvd.) and 666. This is the same owner that used to have the Peoples Restaurant in Annaville, near Guth Park. I went there for lunch on April 29, 2025. The food was excellent, service was above and beyond, and prices are very competitive. I had the Catfish Plate. It was to large fillets. For sides I ordered fried and zucchini squash. All three were cooked to perfection. As of this review the hours are Monday and Tuesday, 11:00am-2:00pm and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm. Not open on weekends. Make sure to leave room for dessert. The Hawaiian cake was fantastic. Enjoy.

a year agoFood was delicious, excellent service and owner always making sure you are well taken care of. I had the Jalapeño cheese steak, mashed potatoes and the crispy okra it was delicious. We love coming here ❤️

2 years agoI had the jalapeño cheese steak. It was very good. Had a side of fried okra and mashed potatoes. The fried okra surprised me at how how good it can be when it is homemade 👍🏻

2 years agoMy husband and I went at lunch time. The food was amazing and the wait staff was very friendly. The salad bar had so many options and was very fresh. My steak was cooked to perfection and the fried catfish was crispy and delicious.
