4 months agoHad the chili burger and it was delicious. The staff are super friendly. I will be back next time I am in town. Also if you are in a hurry the food comes up very fast.

7 months agoFood was delicious and service was great, I can tell a bunch of locals come here due to the employees knowing customers names 😅 felt a little outta place but I survived... First you walk in, grab you a tray, napkins & utensils then place your order they hand it to you right then and there no need to wait. As soon as they give you your plate there is a tray with fries and beans next to it you grab what you want, then you scoot down and they have dessert options then a cup with ice ready for you to go. After you pay they have a beverages to the left and you pick a spot to sit down and enjoy your food. It was great this was my first time here and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

9 months agoNope. These reviews are not true. It is cafeteria burgers no flavor, drinks are flat, dessert are from box well at least the banana pudding. The people are really nice though. Just choose wisely.

2 years agoNothing better than a place that feels like your eating in your families kitchen! Chili cheese burger is always good and the fries are always freshly cut and made!

4 years ago7/15/21: I ordered the double meat chili cheese burger with bacon, with fries and beans as my sides. The burger was absolutely amazing as well as the fries and beans. I finished off my lunch with a banana pudding which was also amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend trying out Permian Basin Hamburger Comfy in Downtown Odessa.

6 years agoFirst time visitor in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I ordered a chili cheeseburger, fries, and peach cobbler. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

7 years agoNot a bad burger and very quick service. I really enjoyed the fries. My problem with the burgers were the chili tasted packaged. I would recommend Permian Basin Hamburger company to someone and will most likely come back. One great thing about the place is the ice. Is really good crushed ice.
