Great price and good food and nice people in there recommend pass there when you have hungry
Nothing but fresh seafood great quality. Prices could be lower but thats everywhere they also sell food and there butterflied fish is really good!
Everything is pretty good here. The whole fried snapper is very good. $20-$22.00. Less money for the 'minuta' fried whole young snappers. Soups very good. Unique item: seafood empanadas. $4.00, very excellent. Fresh seafood to cook at home in the fish store at very reasonable prices.
Long lines, there is no option to have grilled fish. The only option is Fried. I had no idea cause it did not say that anywhere in the menu. I got there at 11:45AM on a Wednesday and there was 6 people ahead me I didn’t get to order my food until 12:05pm but becase everything is fried it doesn’t take long to receive your food, which I got at 12:15PM. I like trying new places during lunch but quite frankly it’s not worth it. I got the kingfish steak which had no seasoning with white rice and beans and fish soup. Everything is mediocre except for the beans they were the highlight of the dish. I basically drenched the fish in lime and salt for flavor. They have different sauces there which I understand now why, hence the lack of seasoning. When it comes to unseasoned food normally a fish fillet, shrimp and snapper taste really good but the king fish steak was not it, and now I know since I’ve never had it fried before. The soup, the more I tried it the less I like it. After the 5th tiny sip I just threw it away which I’m not one to do. Parking lot was full, but there’s parking on the road. There is a lot of flies, the place is semi outdoors so the flies are understandable. Nothing you can do about that besides deal with it. There was only person handling the customers and packing up the food after it was prepared but technically he is touching cash, paper, pen and cards then cutting the lime and sometimes touching the food if it stick out of the container. If you are big on hygiene, it’s not the place for you. Overall never coming back here again.
I was introduced to this place by a coworker.. surprised at how fresh the fish looked but nervous about all the flies. I was skeptical about letting them cook my fried conch , however decided to give it try ate part at work for lunch came home excited to finish and A HUGE FLY WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONCH!
Love the fresh fish, a little expensive but it was worth it. First you get your fish then you get it cleaned, fillet and you can also order some food to eat on site. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have wild caught salmon. They had farm raised salmon on sale but it was expensive.
