Quick if you call in. Food taste great every time.
Ordered whiting fish and it had a funny taste like it was old and freezer burnt. It was so many scales I just couldn't eat anymore, that's after one piece. When I called and let the person know the issue, he proceeded to tell me no one else has complained. Well sir I AM! I'm truly not worried about what it taste like to other people, I've been eating your fish for years and it NEVER taste like this. At sixty years I've eaten enough fish to know if its not right. No way did you handle this in a professional way, where I should've been offered to return it for another, or I could've ordered something different. Not only did the fish taste bad, but your attitude, and customer service was bad also. Might be a while before I return, and I've always come to you for my fish.
I’ve been eating here for years, but the quality is always a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good and then the next time, it’s not—yet I always order the EXACT same items. The last few times I got steak and cheese subs, the meat was sooo salty. I couldn’t even eat it.
