7 years agoBest Philly cheese steak sandwiches around the area. If you are looking for a bite to eat and haven't checked out Philly Grill yet then come on in. The prices are reasonable with variety of selections. So, if you have time I'd recommend checking this place out.

7 years agoSo I acquired a coupon book and Philly Grill was in there. Never eating at the restaurant I decided to try something new. I had a coupon that was essentially by one get one. I go there on a Saturday night and order my two Philly's. I watched a manager that was condescending and overly mean to his employees. Keep in mind, I never came in here before and this was my first impression of a business as well as the manager they have. So my food is made, the cashier rings it up, and has to call the manager for him to do a price adjustment. He comes over the cashier explains to him and shows him the coupon. The manager begins to say that the coupon is not valid and it is not real. The coupon came from the $25 fundraiser books that the school sells. He begins to question me about it, which I tell him where it is from. The manager told me he did not believe it because he has never seen it before. I told him that I have the book in my car, which he told me to bring it in so he can see exactly what it is. I show it to him and he still goes on a rampage how he can not believe that this is real and how could they do this. The food was excellent, so I can not knock them on that. As far as the temper tantrum that I experienced, that is why it got knocked so low. How could you demand that a customer show you where it came from and then go on a rampage once they do? I feel bad for the entire staff that works with him and has to put up with him. If he is trying to drive customers away, keep acting like that sure it won't be too long before customers refuse to come back.

8 years agoThe Royal Palm Beach store, needs some help. I watched 3 cars leave as I walked up to the store today (11:45 am) the store is suppose to open at 11:30 door was locked employeees just looking at people trying to open the door. I walked up as someone unlocked the door. The last couple were upset and still left. The store is filthy, I was first customer in the door and yet the tables still had food from the day before on the tables (crumbs an onion) the staff wasn’t friendly, when I mentioned people left due to them not opening doors on time they shrugged and said “all well” I was in a time restraint so I stayed and ordered food. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

8 years agoNice decor, decent food although a touch more $ than it tasted. Would go again if invited but not on my own. Does have an arcade game.

8 years agoEh. For being a cheese steak place I was wondering where the cheese was. It was high up in price but left me wanting. We dont live in the area either so to come all the way here, we could have been better off at Jon Smith's. The little restaurant is cool, retro..providing a free scoop of ice cream with a purchase of the food.

8 years agoBeen going here for years but just today, must be new owners or workers but sandwich was terrible and service was served with an attitude. Wont be going back. Would suggest others do the same and not waste their time.

8 years agoI work for this establishment and I would not serve you something I would not eat myself. I take pride in what I do your happiness is what keeps me doing what I do. I love my customers and I enjoy serving them what ever helps them get through the day thank all of you for being such great customers I couldn't ask for more you guys make my day.

Edited 9 years agoI ate here because I was starving (it was my first time). First off when I went inside, my first impression was, "man this place stinks." It was very unpleasant. Second, I got the little Philly. It wasn't even close. The bread was toasted very hard and the taste was very bland. I won't be back.
