This is legitimately one of my all-time favorite places to eat. I would routinely order the pho and didn’t realize how good it really was until I moved away. I’ve had pho from several different Vietnamese restaurants, and none come close to Pho 16. I had it again for the first time in 5 years, and it really holds up to how good I remember it being! Whenever I am back in the area, I will always find time to eat at this restaurant.
I got some pho, pork roll and some wonton to go. I live an hour away so I knew everything wouldn't be as fresh as eating in the restaurant. But man when I got home and reheated everything up. The flavors made up for everything. Im a bit under the weather so the pho hit the spot for me and my 9 year old. They were so sweet and polite in taking my order. Definitely will be returning back soon.
I had the pho ga and it was very enjoyable—light, flavorful, and comforting. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a solid spot for pho and I’ll be back again.
