Some of the best Pho in the area! Super sweet family! Get the brisket Pho! You won't be disappointed!
Food is very tasty and good but they do not give you a lot of food at all… one spoon full of protein and 3 scoops of rice. I did not order salad but I don’t think this is worth the amount we paid $15 for one entree is worth it. Extremely disappointing with the portion size. They don’t give you anything for what you order. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location unless they give you a better portion size for what I ordered.
Ive never had a problem when sitting down to eat here, but i recently ordered to go thru Favor. I was extremely disappointed when my food arrived. The bag had a used napkin & the rest were crumpled up, there was trash (fried onions??? & black dots) in the bag. My container had a red, clearish liquid dried on the container & my ladel had oily black material. I had to wash it & scrub for it to come off. The cilantro & purple onion were wilted & mushy. The meat smelled off & was folded to hide discoloration on the inside. I upgrade for a big bowl($3), extra meat($3) for what seems to be a smaller portion than dining in. I was disgusted, out of $40 & a meal. This is unacceptable. I will continue going to Crystal Pho on Major Drive from now on. Friendlier, faster & clean. They also have amazing lemonade.
With so many choices for this type of food in Beaumont, it’s hard to stand out I’m sure. This place really does stand out in the taste profile and service they offer. I’m not a Pho person but wow! My daughter had the typical Pho noodle soup with pork and I was blown away . Should e taken a pic of that. I have since then ordered it quite a few times take-out, which btw, they do a great job packaging it up. Parking it easy-big giant parking lot. Service is quick . You can order things spicier if you’d like . Atmosphere is casual.
My first time here. I ordered pho and the whole shrimp egg rolls to go. The food and service were excellent. It was perfectly packaged and reasonably priced for everything. So yummy!
This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seemed completely disorganized, and their idea of packaging pho to-go was to pour it into a flimsy drink cup. To make matters worse, they added items to my friend’s order that they never asked for. After all the confusion and back-and-forth, I ended up telling them to just charge me a dollar for a proper to-go container something that should’ve been common sense in the first place. Completely unacceptable.
Pho Bamboo has quickly become one of our go-to spots when my boyfriend and I are craving Vietnamese food. We went on Friday night and shared a bunch of dishes, and as usual, everything was solid. The fish sauce chicken wings were definitely a standout for me, perfectly crunchy, with a sticky sauce that coated every wing just right. A little sweet, a little salty, a little spicy, exactly what I look for in this style of wing. The egg rolls were also great, super crispy and just how they should be. The only dish that didn’t hit the mark for me was the pork chop with rice. I was expecting a perfectly grilled chop with those nice charred bits, but instead, it had a curry flavor I wasn’t expecting, and the texture wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. The pho with beef slices and brisket was simple but so flavorful. The meats were tender, and the broth hit the spot. My boyfriend’s favorite was the bò né (sizzling plate),the beef chunks were nicely seasoned, and the runny egg worked so well with the baguette for dipping. Definitely a comfort meal. Overall, still a great experience, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
I wanted to try something different so I met a friend at Pho Bamboo for lunch. I had the Shaking Beef and she had the Shaking chicken. Both dishes were very good! I also had a passionfruit smoothie. The restaurant was clean and service was prompt.
