Been dying to try the newest of the Pho spots in our area for a while and we weren't disappointed. We both had the Brisket Pho with fresh Tofu and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely more flavorful than any of the others in the area and plentiful across the board. They have definitely won us over and we will continue to support this independent business here in Maple Valley.
Is this place a hidden gem or an I just to find out. The fresh rolls were so fresh, I greatly enjoyed the coffee. It didn't taste like that game powder stuff don't places serve. My wife got steak pho and I got the ribs. The ribs are a meat fest. Perfect for the hungry carnivore. The broth was top tier and everything was so fresh! We will be back. If you haven't tried it you should.
My favorite pho in the area. The taste of the broth is really good, the place is nice and clean.
