See All ReviewsSO DELIGHTFUL, I’m telling you this is the best pho I have ever had. I’ve been to many places (born and raised Californian) and this is by far the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten
I stopped in on a cold day really craving pho soup with grilled chicken. I saw they offered grilled chicken in the vermicelli dish, so I politely asked if they could substitute it for the boiled chicken in the pho. The waiter simply said, “No, it’s not served that way.” I’ve ordered it that way up north many times without any problem, so that response was disappointing. Next, I asked if they had iced tea. He said they only had unsweetened, and when I mentioned I preferred sweet tea, he just shrugged. I settled for water, but later noticed they had honey — he could’ve at least offered that as an option. I ended up ordering the vermicelli, thinking it was a soup, but it wasn’t. The service overall felt indifferent, like they just didn’t care. Then, to make matters worse, the couple next to us ordered chicken pho and were told there was no more chicken left — and they had only been open for dinner for about an hour! It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of flexibility. A happy customer is a returning customer, but unfortunately, I won’t be one. I will never come back here again.
This food was absolutely spectacular, I highly recommend the shrimp pho it was amazing. One other thing that I would recommend are the fried egg rolls they were delicious, The atmosphere was so calm and so cozy and I felt so relaxed. The service was quick and Friendly. I highly recommend you come to this restaurant. It was small but cozy, and quick with service.
