See All ReviewsI come here a lot and haven’t had any complaints but today I spent about $70 on food and asked for chilli oil the guy bring out one and it was literally not even 1/4 cup full so I asked for 3 and wanted me to pay for it. I don’t mind paying but when you have about five orders you should at least get in per. Bad customer services. The food is always good but the service can get better.
Food is good but they definitely short you with some items like this Thai tea that I was able to take 3 sips from before finishing the $4 drink but the pho is really good
This place needs to do away with their worn out soup spoons, you can feel and touch the uneven bottom surface which is probably due to being overused. It's a turn off eating with these poor spoons in more than 2 occasions. In any case they need to upgrade those unfaltering spoons. How about trying the real creamy porcelain spoons for a change?! And why is that Friday Pho soup almost always salty with zero flavor? Paris Banh Mi on Greenwich has better/ true Pho flavor, Cuong needs to raise his/her games up to be consistently good. Put on apron/uniforms to promote your brands, to provide clean/good service you must love your brands, don't be lethargic and so so - it will drive people away.
