See All ReviewsI’m giving this place 1 star because I’ve been trying to order from them for months with no luck. Their phone number seems to not work most of the time, it’s often disconnected or they simply never answer. I honestly don’t understand why they have a phone number listed if customers can’t reach them. I’ve lived in the area for a while and have been looking for a close-to-home pho spot. When I first found this place, I called to place an order and the line was disconnected. I didn’t think much of it at the time, so I tried again another day, still no answer. The third time, I decided to go in person and there was a sign saying they were closed for a period of time, which is understandable. However, today I tried calling again and once again no one answered. Their hours say they’re open until 8 PM, and I called at 6:30 PM, so they should have been open. I’ve also tried reaching them at different times and on different days, but I can never get through. The food may be great, but the business operations are really disappointing. They are definitely losing customers this way. I’m willing to update my review once I’m actually able to try the food, but right now it’s been a frustrating experience.
While on vacation in Fort Myers we discovered this Gem of an eatery. The word fresh in the name literally nails it. The food was just incredible, light, flavorful and totally hit the spot. The woman who had taken our order and then welcomed us as we arrived to pick it up (we did take out) was the sweetest, most friendly and kind woman ever, she had a huge smile and radiated such a positive demeanor. Everything we had was top quality. We had a vegan member of our group and they were able to enjoy many options as well. Highly suggest if you are near or visiting Fort Myers Florida.
(It’s been months since I’ve had pho!) Ordered form pickup. (I’m in east fort Myers) Even with that distance, the food was hittin! I always get the same thing and even after 30 min drive, soup temp was perfect, not super hot. It’s pretty amazing when a place is good both done in and take out. Stopped for lunch (this hankering for pho is just on another level.) The place was empty and service was quick. Pho fresh has the flavor down. This was phenomenal. I did shrimp pho And the shrimp spring rolls With an iced Thai tea (coconut milk, not half n half) Omg I’m dying. I’ve been looking for the Thai tea I remember, while working in a small place in Nevada 15+ years ago. I just found the flavor at pho fresh. Any time I want pho I’ll drive the extra bit it’s worth it. I highly recommended. (You only need one jalapeño slice soaking for a minute, my mouths on fire) 😋
