FOOD: - TASTE: The pho broth tastes delicious. The shaking beef was tender and flavorful. Whoever are the chefs really know about seasoning and cooking. I would rank the taste 10/10. - PORTION: Honestly, the portions are pathetic. Compared to most people, I normally eat small portions in one sitting and can usually walk out with some leftovers. Yet I found myself still hungry after finishing the shaking beef I ordered. Ate there twice with my family and the portions were small both times for everyone at our table. For those who ordered pho, they had to request for extra noodles just to get a normal amount of noodles that you would usually get at most pho restaurants. SERVICE: The staff was courteous, but pretty much absent once food was served. I don't drink much water during a meal, so that wasn't a problem for me. But I can see how that would be an issue for people who will need refills. ATMOSPHERE: The galaxy theme is reflected throughout the restaurant. It's clean. WOULD I EAT THERE AGAIN? Sadly, no. If not for the amazing taste, I wouldn't have even given the restaurant a second chance. There will not be a third time because I would rather spend my money where the portions are actually normal. It's disappointing for the business because the flavor is on point.
Great lunch and open on New Years Day! 🎉 The rice noodle bowl with pork was *excellent* and full of flavor, and the Pho was good too. Lots of seating and quick food service.
How excited we were to try a Pho restaurant close to our home. Being from the west coast I was salivating as we walked in... The exterior doesn't do it justice, as the interior has my kind of feel to it. Black walls, black painted foam to fill the ceiling, vines lingering and hanging delicately down the walls.. The gentleman was nice but not overly friendly. I ordered the back rib pho which wasn't bad at all. I added the accompanied lime wedge, bean sprouts, and what I think was their chili oil and was pleased... I love a good broth and this was right in the middle... it had the flavor of salt more prominent than anything else I could find, yet it wasn't salty. You can't go wrong with ribs for me, but since they weren't so tender to fall off the bone; it was a bit much to have to handle the rib to tear of meat for a bite. The spring rolls looked promising but the vermicelli was so abundant it just felt like filler. I enjoyed it esthetically a bit more than for my palette... Definitely better in some respects than other places I've been around NWA, but still not quite. My favorite part was by far the iced coffee.. that was 10 out of 10 for me...
I’ve been to many pho places in NWA like TyPHOon, Pho Tanh II, Pho Kitchen, Pho 85, but have to say this one is the best! Definitely try their green Thai tea and chicken wings if you get the chance!
I was in town on business and had to grab a bite to eat before the 2 hour drive back home. Galaxy pho was on the way out so I thought I give them a try. The place is located in a strip mall that is a bit hidden from the main road so you'll have to look for it. I almost missed it. Walking in, I was greeted and seated right away as it was just me and another couple sitting at the tables. I ordered the pho with a beef rib and the garlic butter wings. The flavor on the wings were amazing! However, the only thing was that the batter was a bit carmelized and was a bit too chewy almost like a soft chew candy consistency. I also got an extra small flat piece in my batch (see photos). Great wings otherwise. The bowl of pho was fantastic! I don't know whether I was just hungry or what, but it sure hit the spot. The meat was tender with the right amount of fat on it. The broth was right on as well. Overall, good food and I would recommend trying it out.
This place is probably some of the best pho in the Fayetteville/Springdale area. As a student we go to the ones by College and MLK but this place, located right by the Asian Amigos store, is so good and the atmosphere is such a vibe. The garlic chicken wings are so good, they make them fresh and the pho is several dollars less than at other restaurants we go to. This place is seriously one of the best (I’ve been every Friday for the past month LOL) and more people gotta know about it fr. Sometimes they’re understaffed but it’s a small business and everyone who works there is so nice, they’re also so chill about splitting the bill or making separate bills! Pho and a drink would def be under $20 but my friend and I got two appetizers, two drinks and two pho bowls for $25 a person before tip!! THE GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS ARE TO DIE FOR
Best Pho in NWA. I've tried lots of Pho restaurants and Pho Galaxy beat them all. When you step in you are shocked how nice it is. The outside does not match the inside. It's fairly new. Atmosphere is very nice, decor is modern with lounge music playing. Very relaxing. Food was very good! Will come back for sure. Highly recommend. Service was spot on. Friendly staff. Very clean. In parking area as Asian Amigo Grocery store.
We decided to try this new restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and seated. Drinks came promptly. We ordered Pho Combo, vermicelli with pork and 2 bowls of pho with no veggies for the young kids. Food came out quickly and exactly as ordered and were paired with fresh bean sprouts, mint, jalapeño and lime. The pho has an excellent flavor and was packed with meat. The vermicelli dish was excellent as well. Service is great but we did have to ask for drink refills. We had extra left over and our waitress was nice to bring a to-go box. Prices are good at normal going rates. Overall this is a great restaurant with warm easy music to give it a nice vibe. Recommend giving it a try!
