Really really good broth. This restaurant is one of a kind and my server was so helpful! Service was quick and the restaurant is beautifully decorated, with Vietnamese paintings on the wall. Now, there is parking, but the strip mall it is located in is very busy. Don’t despair there are lots of parking. I ordered the well done brisket pho. The broth was good on its own, but I added some sriracha and hoisin sauce to spice it up. The only downside was that my bowl serving seemed small. For the price I paid, I usually get a larger portion at other restaurants, nonetheless I enjoyed my time there and will go back and try out their other goodies!
This place has some of the best Vietnamese food in SWFL! I have dined in and gotten takeout and the quality and quantity of food has been extremely consistent every single time. You can really tell that the owners put so much care into each dish and it really shows. The pho broth is incredibly rich & when I brought it home it solidified in the fridge! That is a sign of proper extraction of collagen from the beef bones and it is EXTREMELY impressive for a restaurant pho to do that. I was super impressed, it really shows how much time and love goes into the broth. Also pictured is their bun thịt nướng cha giờ (vermicelli noodles and bbq pork & egg roll) and the chicken curry. Chicken curry absolutely knocks it out if the park! Cannot recommend that dish enough. Princes absolutely kills it as a server!!
The food, flavors & presentations were exquisite! The server was very friendly. I will be back and will bring my family. I'm so happy that we discovered this restaurant!
