**This review is for Pho Huyen (new management of Pho Le)** This is my new go-to spot for Bun Bo Hue in Columbus. I can't rave enough about it. The flavor is bomb, literally so authentic like how my family would make it at home (my family is from Hue ). Broth is clear, flavorful, and does not over utilize chili oil. Plenty of meat with an extra pork hock on the side. Bonus points also for having pork blood (if you haven't tried this you need to, but can also ask for none if you're not comfy trying), and the right herb (aka rau ram). Portion is pretty big too. I've mostly DoorDashed from here and let me tell you the packaging is 12/10 every single time without fail. Highly highly recommend! Some other dishes I've tried and also loved - Chao Vit (duck congee), Com Tam (broken rice with char grilled pork, kudos to using actual broken rice instead of the regular one), Bun Rieu, Banh Mi Restaurant is on the newer side. Owner is super nice. They have special dishes on the weekend and usually post it on Facebook/IG. Give them a try!
Everything was so good, fresh, quick, & delicious. Definitely coming again and again. Place looks amazing too!
The Pho is really good, this is our first time eating at this place and it surprised us. They were quick and the food really tasty and delicious. Don’t forget to get your thai tea.
