This is the best pho I have eaten since I worked in the peace core in Vietnam. The broth is delectable. The meat is succulent the veggies add a fresh crunch and aroma that you just can’t get at other local pho restaurants in the area. The pricing is affordable. The portions are mega. If you get the large and I honestly wish that I could dispense the broth out of my nipples because then I would have the delicious taste of Pho long Thinh with me at all times. Just get the #2 large bowl of pho, and thank me later.
This Pho restaurant has been here for years. The food is consistent and fresh but no memorable flavors. Service is excellent.
I came here in a Friday night and there was a line of people waiting outside to be seated. I was not expecting this. Once I tried the pho, I understood the line. I had the chicken pho and enjoyed every last bite. The broth is super flavorful and there was plenty of noodles and chicken. I also got the vegetable spring rolls, which were delicious. As for the ambiance, this is a no frills, mom and pop type place. I can’t wait to come back.
