Went in as a group of 4. 1 person finally receiv d their food once everyone else was finished. No apologies. No smile. No water. Plus a weird look when asked for soy sauce.
My go-to place for pho. It’s probably my favorite place out of all the places I’ve been. Quick service and reasonably priced.
I didn’t think the food was too bad but just a few hours after my husband and I ate here we both got really really sick and were throwing up all night. Thank goodness we didn’t feed it to our daughter or she would have gotten sick from it too. Something is definitely wrong and when I called to get a refund for eating spoiled food, the man on the phone tried to tell me I have the wrong number. When we confirmed that it was the right number he just told me to call back to talk to the manager but couldn’t tell me when the manager would be there. Will never be eating here again and you probably shouldn’t either
