I ordered a Pho XL, Pho L, one Banh Mi, shrimp summer rolls, and a Thai iced tea. As someone who genuinely loves pho and has tried Vietnamese restaurants in many places around the world—including Glasgow, Wisconsin, and Korea—I tend to be quite picky when it comes to pho. I hold it to a very high standard. Pho Ninh Kieu honestly served one of the best bowls of pho I have ever had. The broth was incredibly rich, clean, and deeply flavorful without being overly salty. The balance was excellent, and you can really tell the broth is made with care. Both portions (XL and L) were generous and perfectly prepared. The banh mi and shrimp summer rolls were also fresh and delicious, and the Thai iced tea was a great finishing touch to the meal. On top of the food, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. This place truly stands out among the many pho restaurants I’ve tried around the world. Highly recommended if you’re a serious pho lover.
I found a hard glass bead / glass fragment inside my food. This is a serious food safety issue that could have caused injury. I had to stop eating immediately and throw the meal away. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this restaurant.
YUMMMM. walked in on a weekday night w a group of 3. no need for reservation. service was quick and helpful. we had the tofu papaya salad, pork bao buns, thai iced tea and shared the xl house pho combo. loved the papaya salad!!! the thai iced tea was a lil sweet for our liking but the pho was delish. would come again !
