The pho flavor was actually pretty good. The broth was clear and fragrant, and the noodles and herbs were perfectly fresh. However, there was barely any meat in the bowl—just a few tiny, paper-thin slices. It felt like I paid full price for a bowl of plain noodle soup. Bottom line: Great if you want something light, but disappointing if you're actually hungry for protein. Before, they were never stingy.
the menu had a variety of items that all looked yummy. i got the shrimp pad tai and it was so flavorful! edit: the passion fruit drink is so refreshing!!
I frequently purchase the Brisket & Filet Mignon pho whenever I am there, and it never disappoints. The broth is rich, flavorful, and they even provide some bean sprouts and jalapeño to put in as well! Every time I order any pho, it's filling and delicious, would always recommend.
