Tried Pho Sapa on Bellaire today. Overall, not bad — solid 3 stars from me. The broth was definitely the highlight, rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The egg rolls were also really good and crispy. The cà phê sữa đá was just okay, nothing special, but still decent. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and craving pho.
I liked their oxtail pho and they served good quality ingredients. Everything is fresh. I didn't like the bone marrow soup as much because it was very greasy.
I’m speechless. This is soooo good. I’m a pho-lover I had countless phos; never been to Vietnam to have the authentic ones but this is so good. The quality of their meat and noodles is exceptional. Nice clean large place. Friendly staff. Highly recommend We tried the ginger rare beef pho and the dry beef pho, the quality just sent me speechless; probably look nothing special on the photo but it’s sooo good, you can taste the quality
