Food was relatively okay, the beef was a little fatty and the vermicelli bowl lacked some more fresh veggies. I expected some bean sprouts, maybe a little carrot and green onion, and a little heavier serving of beef and less noodles. The broth was really good, I had a side serving of it and the flavor was pretty solid. It’s nice to have a spot near by for some Vietnamese food but definitely lacked some flavor, a little more char on the beef with less fat. 6.5/10 but location makes it a 7/10.
The crab rangoon egg rolls are amazing! I also tried the vermicelli bowl which was delicious! The cooks are friendly and welcoming; my husband and I have bee here twice now and it’s been a great experience both times. We’ll definitely be back!
I’ve had the pork vermicelli plate and the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce I don’t know how many times now. Every single time, it is delicious! Fresh, quick, cheap! I’m so glad they are here in Waller! They have plenty of options for everyone. The staff is incredible as well!
