See All ReviewsI’ve tried vermicelli bowls from countless Vietnamese restaurants across Texas, and I can honestly say this was the best I’ve ever had. Too often, I’m disappointed by chewy, overcooked beef, but that was definitely not the case here. The vermicelli bowl was perfect. The vegetables were fresh and neatly cut, and you could tell they genuinely care about what they serve and how it’s presented. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It reminded me of a well-made carne asada. The egg rolls were just as good and had a perfect filling-to-wrapper ratio—crispy on the outside and packed with filling on the inside. The service was friendly, the dining area was clean, and I really liked the seating arrangement and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I genuinely enjoyed everything about my visit and am so glad I decided to stop by. If I’m ever back in Corpus, I’ll definitely be making another visit.
Some of the best pho in the city. One of the best broths I've ever had. I had the Kobe Pho, large. Great portion. Also tried the grilled pork and shrimp springrolls. I found the peanut sauce lacking flavor but the rolls made up for it. Great service, the young man who was our waiter was very helpful and when there was a mix up with an order he corrected it right away. Thanks again for the great food and I'll definitely be back.
The service and atmosphere were really good but the pho was disgusting. I couldn’t believe that they sold us pho with shrimp and chicken that was completely burnt (charred),hard as a rock. After adding the most sriracha sauce as possible,I made it tolerable. Got through almost half of my pho and instantly regretted it. I had to make myself throw up because I couldn’t get the nasty flavor out of my mouth. I’m assuming the other food is good since they have 2 locations and stay open but I wouldn’t recommend the pho.
