Pho was exactly what I wanted on a cold gloomy day, it was fresh, fragrant and delicious, love that the pho has sliced beef and meatballs in it. We also tried the chicken wings, you could tell they were well marinated with seasoning BEFORE frying, delicious and topped with fried garlic! So happy to have this authentic Vietnamese food in the area.
Love this place!!! Great food and the people inside working are always the friendliest. Def a hidden gem in the Mon valley. I recommend to EVERYONE. I also highly recommend their chicken wings and taro milkshake. But honestly anything you eat from this establishment is going to be GRADE A+ authentic Vietnamese cuisine made fresh and 100% made with love and culture. Thanks for being in business guys! I’ll say it again, I love this place. P.s. my girlfriend harasses me to come back atleast once a week. So you know it’s good.
I’m always curious about trying Vietnamese food outside of Houston and Pho Valley is a gem. I was traveling for work and wasn’t expecting to find a rich and flavorful beef pho in this part of PA. I am so glad I stopped by. The aromatics of the broth was toned down from what I’m used to, but the broth had a touch of liquid gold at the top and still tasted excellent. I also got a delicious homemade Vietnamese iced coffee (cafe sua da) with my meal. I chatted with the owner and he is very passionate about sharing authentic Vietnamese cuisine with the community. Looking forward to my next work trip just to stop by!
